Teknisk navigation

Teknisk navigation is a textbook for navigation schools and a reference book for ship's navigators. The book describes the various navigational instruments on board modern ships and the theory behind them. In addition, the section on e-navigation gives a glimpse of what the future may hold, based on research being carried out around the world. The main subjects of the book are: radar, compasses and autopilots, log and echo sounder, satellite navigation systems, and electronic charts and other instruments.
