ICS / ISF Personal Training and Service Record Book The book is intended to help all qualified seafarers maintain a comprehensive record of their seagoing service, ongoing training and other relevant information. In addition, through it shipping companies are able to ensure that documentation and data concerning seafarers employed on their ships is properly maintained and readily accessible. The book has been updated to take full account of STCW 2010, following the end of the transitional period in 2017.
