HSC Code 1994 Edition (Only E-Book)

The1994 SOLAS Conference (May 1994) makes the HSC Code mandatory by the addition of a new chapter X. The HSC Code has been developed following a revision of the Code of Safety for Dynamically Supported Craft (resolution A.373(X)) and in recognition of the growth in size and types of high-speed craft.
