A nautical chart plotter is a type of ruler with a rotating, graduated disk and magnetic scale. The scale on the graduated side is oriented on the graduation lines. It has a nautical mile- and kilometer scale along the edge. It has a matte surface that can be written on with a pencil. Measurements: 380×120 mm.
