Water Ballast Record Book
The Ballast Water Record Book is to be used on board all vessels to record intake and discharge of ballast water. In accordance with regulation B-2 of the Annex to the Int. Convention for the Control and Management of Ship's Ballast Water and Sediments, a record is to be kept of each Ballast Water Water Operations. This includes discharges at sea and to reception facilities.
