The new 5th edition of this popular pilot has been extended to take in Libya. This country is just starting to become accessible to cruising yachts, and Graham Hutt has visited the area several times in recent years to collect information for visiting yachts which appears in this new edition. Throughout the text has been updated, harbour plans revised and new photos have been added.
