Technical details

ENCX manages your portfolio of vector and raster chart information, including licensing, installation, and data updates. It handles conversions between pixel and geographic positions, and can generate chart images you can display and interact with directly in your applications. ENCX runs on Windows 10 and 11, and works with many languages, including C#, VB.NET and C++.
