Info - staying for business:

•   Your flight and hotel, which includes breakfast, will be paid for by your local office.
•   Food expenses will also be paid for by your local office, within reason.

Please note that partners are not invited. This event is all about connecting with colleagues across the group. Keeping it employee-only helps make that happen.

What is the dress code?

The dress code is formal. This means a suit, smart dress, jumpsuit, or other elegant outfit - something you'd wear to a special evening event. It’s a special occasion, so please no casual clothing (no jeans, trainers, or sweatpants).

Do l need to book my own flights?

Your country manager will be in charge of booking flights.

Do l need to book my own hotel room?

No, just tell your manager when you will be arriving/leaving and leave it to us to book your room.

I work in the Lyngby office, is a hotel room included?

Hotel rooms will not be provided for the employees in Denmark.
