Weilbach's 270th anniversary celebration will bring together colleagues from across the globe for a few unforgettable days of connection, collaboration, and celebration.

Check-in from 2 PM - Check-out latest at 12 noon. The hotel is located right on the Copenhagen harbour in central Copenhagen (max. 10 minutes walking distance from d’Angleterre).

The event
The event will take place at the iconic Hotel d’Angleterre in Copenhagen. You will be welcomed with drinks and canapes at 5.30 PM followed by a 3 course delicious dinner. After dinner the bar opens and everyone's free to mingle.

We will all gather in the Lyngby office Wednesday morning at 9.30 AM for tea / coffee and delicious Danish pastry. We have arranged for a photographer to capture us in a group photo.
Reach out to your Danish colleagues if you want to set up a meeting and book a meeting room - we are ready to help!
You can either use public transport (as described futher down the page) or order taxi. Please make use of group transport to optimise available seats.

Dress Code
Black Tie Optional. Think “timeless elegance” — formal and festive, suited for a grand celebration. For men this means dark suit OR black tuxedo. tie / bow tie. Women: Long evening gown / cocktail dress / elegant pantsuit.
Joining Instructions: From Copenhagen Airport (CPH) to Hotel Admiral
After collecting your luggage, please follow the signs to Metro / Trains in Terminal 3. • Take Metro line M2 from Lufthavnen (Airport) Station in the direction of Vanløse. • Get off at Kongens Nytorv Station (approx. 13 minutes). • Exit towards Nyhavn. • From Kongens Nytorv, it is a short 10-minute walk to the hotel. • Walk along Nyhavn Canal and continue straight onto Toldbodgade. • Hotel Admiral will be on your right-hand side, facing the harbour.
Tickets for travel with public transport
Tickets can be purchased from vending machines in Terminal 3 at CPH Airport. Ticket are also available in the DOT Billetter app. To buy tickets in the app you need to have a card added and then choose the number of zones you need: 3 zones - from CPH Airport to Hotel Admiral 4 zones - from Hotel admiral to the office in Lyngby 5 zones - from CPH Airport to the office in Lyngby

With the event being held on a Wednesday, this gives you the perfect opportunity to hold meetings with colleagues in the Lyngby office.
As we continue our transformation from physical to digital solutions, expand globally, and welcome new management group, this gathering will help align our teams, strengthen relationships, and set the tone for what’s ahead.
