1. Items

1.1 The item supplied to the buyer is the standard item described in Weilbach’s catalogue. Any supplements, extra equipment etc. must be purchased and paid for separately, as indicated in the catalogue.

2. Pricing

2.1 All prices are current and given in Danish kroner (DKK), including 25% VAT (Value Added Tax).

2.2 Prices on some imported items change daily as prices are calculated according to current exchange rates.

2.3 Prices are updated daily.

2.4 Prices given are exclusive of shipping costs.

2.5 Shipping costs vary according to the chosen country of delivery and delivery method, see clause 5.2. 

No other fees apply. 


3. Payment

3.1 Payment is not processed until the item has been shipped. However, corporate clients and customers resident outside Denmark may be asked for advance payment. If you pay by bank transfer, you are not protected by the scheme granting the right to object. 

3.2 The following credit cards are accepted as payment: Dankort, E-Dankort, Visa and Mastercard. No fees are charged for credit cards.

3.3 Only items listed on your invoice are payable.

4. Order Confirmation

4.1 Orders placed on www.weilbach.com are confirmed via email.

4.2 All correspondance regarding internet orders is conducted by email.

4.3 We do not store information regarding your order in a way that allows us to forward a copy of the order at a later date. We therefore recommend that you keep the order confirmation e-mail you receive after placing your order with us.

5. Shipping / Click & Collect

5.1 Orders placed earlier than 1400 CET on weekdays are processed and shipped the same day.

5.2 PostNord handles deliveries to addresses in Denmark while DHL handles deliveries to Greenland, Faroe Islands and all foreign addresses: 




                                                                                    

5.3 Deliveries can only be made to the countries listed in the Shopping Basket. Among other destinations, deliveries are made to Greenland, Faroe Islands, and countries in Europe and North America.

5.4 All items are checked prior to shipping, and only undamaged goods are shipped. Weilbach is obliged to package items securely prior to shipping.

5.5 Click & Collect/Pick-up at Weilbach: 

Orders can be collected the following weekday at and must be collected no later than 14 days hereafter.

Opening hours, Click & collect: Monday to Friday 1030-1700 CET (closed on national holidays)

6. Cancellation Rights

6.1 As a consumer, when you buy from us, you have a 14-day cooling-off period, in which you have the right to cancel the purchase. 

This cooling-off period expires 14 days after the day on which you received your goods. If you have ordered several items in the same purchase, and they are delivered separately, the period runs from the day you received the last item.

If the purchase consists of several consignments or parts, the right to cancel will lapse 14 days after the day you receive the last consignment or the last part.

The cooling-off period means that you have 14 days after receiving the goods to let us know that you want to cancel the purchase. You can send an e-mail to operations@weilbach.com or make use of the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the end of the terms of business.

You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the goods, unless you inform us at the same time.
 

6.2 Cancelling part of the purchase
If you have bought more than one item from us, you may return one or several items, even if they were bought in a single order.

Please note that freight charges will not be refunded if you cancel part of your purchase.

6.3 Returning the goods

When you have informed us that you are cancelling your purchase, you have 14 days in which to return the goods to us.

You yourself must pay for returning the package, and you will be liable if it is damaged during transport.

6.4 No right to cancellation
The following agreements cannot be cancelled: 

Deliveries of goods which are made to your specifications or which are of a clearly personal nature,

6.5 The state of the article when you return it

If the value of the article is reduced, and the reason is that you have used it in any way beyond what was necessary to check the type and properties of the article and how it works, then only part of the purchase sum can be refunded to you. The amount that can be refunded depends on the saleable value of the article, and in certain cases this may mean that only the freight charges can be refunded.

We recommend that you return the article in its original packaging.

If the original packaging is missing, it may reduce the value of the article.

6.6 Refund of the purchase sum

If you cancel a purchase, you will get your money back. If the value of the article is reduced, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.

We refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (which does not apply, however, to extra delivery costs if you have chosen a form of delivery other than the cheapest standard form of delivery which we offer), not later than 14 days from the day when we have received your notification that you want to cancel the agreement.

We will return the money by the same means of payment, which you used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

We may hold back the payment until we have received the article, unless you send documentation that you have returned it.

7. Claims

7.1 Right to make complaints

You must complain within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered a defect. If you complain within two months after the defect has been discovered, it will always be regarded as within a reasonable time. When you return the article, please attach a detailed description of the problem and send or deliver the article to:

When you trade with us as a consumer, the Danish Sale of Goods Act applies.
This means that you have a right to complain within 24 months. Please contact us before you return the article.

 

If your complaint is justified, it means that you may either have the item repaired or replaced, or your money refunded, or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your freight costs (within reason). The article must always be retuned in suitable packaging. Remember also to obtain a receipt for dispatch, so that we can pay back your freight costs.

7.2 Where you can complain

If you as a consumer want to complain about your purchase, you must contact operations@weilbach.com. If we are unable to find a solution, you can send a complaint to:

To complain about goods or services, the goods or services must have a value between 1.110 DKK and 100.000 DKK. A fee will be charged.

8. Liability

8.1. If you are a consumer (BtC), we are liable according to compulsory Danish law.

8.2. For BtB, the following applies:

a. Weilbach’s liability is conditional upon the payment conditions having been observed by the customer.

b. Weilbach’s liability cannot exceed the value of the delivered item and does not include any effects of faults with said item, neither directly nor indirectly.

c. Weilbach is not liable for damages caused during transport, unless Danish law’s general rules indicate otherwise.

d. Weilbach assumes no responsibility in connection with the customer’s legal relations with any third parties.

9. Contractual Language

9.1 The Danish version of these Terms and Conditions regarding purchases made on the internet through Weilbach is the original version. In questions of interpretation, the Danish version takes precedence over the English version.

9.2 Agreements are made in Danish or English.

10. Order Processing - Step by Step

10.1 Processing an internet order with Weilbach is done as follows:

  • You select the items you wish to buy by clicking the Shopping Basket icon displayed to the right of each item.
  • All items that you have selected are put in the Shopping Basket and you can check these at all times by clicking “Check out” at the top right of your browser window.
  • When you have finished selecting the items you wish to purchase, click “Check out” at the top right of your browser window to complete the order.
  • The first page will display an overview of the items your have selected and a total price, including shipping costs. When you have checked that the information is correct, click “continue” to proceed.
  • You will then be asked to supply the delivery address and more details. Click “continue”.
  • Enter your credit card details. After clicked “confirm order” the purchase is processed and an order confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address you have given.

11. Misc.

11.1 Only private individuals of age as well as companies and organisations can buy items through Weilbach’s webshop.

11.2 The above Terms & Conditions apply and will only be changed if Danish law dictates it, just as Danish law governs all concerns not included in the above.

7.3 Personal data policy 

We need the following information when you trade with us:

Name, address, telephone number and e-mail address

 

We register and pass on the personal details which are necessary to deliver the goods to you. 

Personal data is registered with Weilbach A/S and is kept for five years, after which the details are deleted. 

In addition, we work with a number of other companies who store and process data. These companies process the data exclusively on our behalf, and must not use them for their own purposes.

We work only with processors of data in the EU or in countries where your data will be given adequate protection. 

On weilbach.com, the person responsible for data is Weilbach A/S. 

You are entitled to be informed about which details about you we process.
If you believe the details are inaccurate, you are entitled to have them corrected. In certain situations, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you ask us to do so. These could, for instance, be data which are no longer necessary for the purpose we used them for. You can also contact us if you believe that your personal data are being processed in a way that is against the law. You can also write to us at admin@weilbch.com.
